The Baking Beauties Wonderful Flaxseed Bread
Jeanine over at The Baking Beauties has put together a marvelous array of gluten free reliable recipes in honor of Celiac Awareness Month.
I saw a beautiful loaf of Flaxseed bread there yesterday that I knew I had to make. The bread was everything Jeanine predicted. It was ready by lunch time and all gone in an hour.
It's perfect for sandwiches and is so easy to make. This fabulous recipe is only one of the many you will find featured on her delicious blog.

Oh my heavens, what a loaf!!
Wow! I have not been able to find a gluten free bread that I like but this looks like a dream. Oh how I miss bread! That sandwich is calling my name too, thank you for posting this. I'm definitely giving this recipe a whirl :).
Breads looks gorgeous, the texture is perfect. My husband is the one who likes to add flax in bread, rotis and even rice.

Looks lovely, especially with the seeds on top. I actually made some whole wheat rolls today. Bread making is not as scary as I once thought. I really want to start doing it weekly. I think I will start with a few of your recipes, they all look so good!

In my own defense, I didn't eat it by myself (lol). We were five at the lunch table that day, including my 14 year-old.

I'm so glad I tried it. I used agar agar dissolve in 2 tablespoons of water instead of the gelatin and it was perfect... a great recipe! Your blog is wonderful resource. :-)
I do use a photographer's light. It gets too dark here after September to take decent pictures without it. It's so tricky sometimes to get the lighting just right.
I just made a turkey sandwich too!

Oh, my heavenly star! With results like that, I'd better run out and buy more flaxseed. Alexa, that is a delectable looking sandwich.
That bread looks so good! My home made bread seems to disappear quite fast as well. Bread is just so good fresh from the oven.
