Vegetable Beds

I have been thinking about making a vegetable garden.  The recent price increase of produce is giving me an excuse to finally do what I have been wanting to do for a long time.  In our area fresh produce has increased in price 3 times from what it was a month ago.  I take my vegetables very seriously and thankfully my CSA (community sustainable agriculture) farm provides us with a great bounty of local veggies.  The garden would allow us not to have to shop at the grocery store for any additional fresh food we need. Who am I kidding?  It is just another excuse to get my hands dirty.
